Barista/Server

• You love coffee and pastries, and enjoy interacting with customers.

• You have experience as a barista and/or server in a café or bakery setting.

• You speak Danish and English fluently.

+ Speaking Italian is a plus.

Baker

We're looking for a skilled baker with experience in artisan bread and pastry making.

• You have experience working in a bakery or similar environment, and are comfortable working early mornings from time to time.

• You are obsessed with cleanliness, organization, and quality.

+ Speaking Italian is a plus (but not required).

Operations Manager

We're looking for someone that takes care of all the boring stuff... we don't want to do :P

• You're structured, know how to make a plan and follow through, and have experience managing small businesses and coordinating the work of others.

• You can help with inventory management, supplier relations, scheduling, compliance, and general operations.

• You speak Danish and English fluently.
