180gradi is a new Italian artisan bakery in Copenhagen.
Located on a sunny, quiet corner of Østerbro, we serve Italian specialties alongside Danish classics.
We bake in small batches using quality ingredients, multiple times throughout the day, so there's always something just coming out of the oven for you to enjoy.
We've just opened!
Come grab a pastry and a coffee to start your day, sit down for a lunch break, or take home some warm bread and focaccia for your dinner.
You can find us at the corner between Landskronagade and Helsingborggade.
We are a brand new artisan bakery offering a mix of Danish classics and Italian specialties.
We fell in love with the charm and flavors of Danish bakeries when we first arrived here and couldn't get enough of the smell of fresh butter, cinnamon, and flaky pastries.
We also wanted to share our favorite Italian treats and honor our roots, so this is why we created a place that brings together the best of both worlds.
That's where our name comes from: "CENTOTTANTA GRADI" is the Italian phrase for "a hundred and eighty (celsius) degrees", which is the temperature most commonly used when baking Italian pastries and cakes.
Our products are baked fresh each day with quality ingredients, and our menu features a focused selection of sourdough breads, pastries, and seasonal items, so there’s always something new and fun to try depending on the day and the season.
We aim to bake throughout the whole day, so that you’ll always find something warm and just out of the oven when you stop by.
Around lunch time, we focus on panini, focaccia or pizza.
We have just opened our doors a few days ago and we'll progressively ramp up production and expand our menu, offerings and opening hours, as we move forward.
